Cranberry oat energy balls

Great for on the go or as healthy snack with tea of coffee.

Makes 24 balls


  • 2 small ripe bananas

  • 2 cups oats

  • 1/3 cup grated coconut

  • 2 tablespoon nut butter

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries

  • 2 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1 pinch of salt

Mix everything together in a bowl. If it is too crumbly, add a tablespoon of water or coconut oil for some extra healthy fat. Pop into the freezer for at least 30 mins.

Some variations and tips:

  • soak the cranberries in water for a few minutes before adding them into the mixture

  • add a spoon of honey for extra sweetness

  • drizzle chocolate over if you like it fancy
