Throw-together spinach, avocado and tuna salad

Easy as 1-2-3. Packed with minerals and vitamins with a healthy dose of protein and fat. This is what makes you feel full and satisfied for a long time.


Ingredients:


1 can of tuna in water, drained

100 g of spinach

5 cherry tomatoes, halved

1 small red onion, cut into half moon shape

1/3 English cucumber, sliced

1 avocado, sliced

1 tsp black sesame seeds

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

salt & pepper to taste


Method:


Just throw everything together and you are done! Seriously.
